Three efforts, one aim: students who are reached, discipled, and still standing years from now — and leaders equipped to stay with them.
Nonprofit · Executive Director
Built For The Wild Association is a non-profit organization that provides evangelistic events and discipleship for underserved students in Birmingham, AL and around the US.
The vision behind B4TW is simple: to effectively build and inspire students to develop and strengthen a faith of their own.
Coaching · Founder
A coaching brand and community that trains youth pastors — practical systems, honest mentorship, and the tools nobody handed most of us when we started.
Most youth pastors are not short on heart. They are short on structure, support, and someone who has walked the road ahead of them. BYP exists to fix that.
What guides it
Programs can gather people. People build movements.
We believe in structure, strategy, excellence, and preparation. But none of those things can replace the Spirit of God, and the Spirit of God doesn’t excuse us from doing the work.
Strategy without the Spirit becomes machinery. Spirit without stewardship becomes potential. We want both.
