Bio

Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is an author, speaker, and evangelist based in Birmingham, Alabama. He serves as Executive Director of Built For The Wild Association, a faith-based nonprofit that engages and disciples underserved youth, and he is the founder of Better Youth Pastor, a global community that coaches, trains, and resources youth pastors and ministry leaders.

For more than a decade, Ryan has given his life to reaching and discipling people who are often overlooked, helping them see who they are, who God has called them to be, and what is possible when faith becomes more than an idea. His ministry is rooted in a simple conviction: people do not need to be reminded of how far they have to go. They need someone willing to believe in who they can become.

A speaker and writer with a poetic, steady voice, Ryan carries a message rooted in faith, freedom, and the fullness of God’s calling. He preaches in churches, camps, conferences, schools, and youth gatherings, while also spending his time equipping the leaders who are doing the work of discipleship every week.
